Corrugated Cardboard Partition Assembler Machine: Boost Packaging Efficiency

After assembly, the finished partitions are automatically output and stacked through the conveyor platform, directly supporting subsequent carton packaging operations. Operators can adjust parameters and switch production modes via the HMI touch screen, completing format replacement in minutes.

Compared with pure manual operation, it increases continuous production efficiency by 5 to 8 times, effectively solving the capacity shortage problem in peak order seasons. In addition to efficiency upgrades, it ensures uniform grid spacing and stable structural firmness of each partition, avoiding defective products caused by manual operation errors.
